THE DANISH ART OF GOBELIN

The Danish Art of Gobelin is an association, which has existed since 1998 and has been created by 23 Danish pictorial weavers.

The association displays its own compositions, which shows a multiplicity in contemporary Danish pictorial weaving. The exhibition is a manifest of the come-back of pictorial weaving, which escalated on the Danish scene of art during the 1990s, and which today has gained an increasing impact and acceptance in the world of art.
